ELVIS PRESLEY / How Great Thou Art / So High/ Vinyl EP. The cover jacket is aged and scuffed, but has no tears or other major damage. There is writing on the label of the record disc. The condition of the record disc has minor scratches and scuffs, but it is glossy and remains in good condition.

As stated "For radio station only", this record is not for sale to the general public. I got it from an Elvis fan club in Japan.
