Vinyl has numerous surface hairlines and numerous surface sleeve scuffs on each side. Labels are nice (sticker on side 1) and vinyl is fairly glossy. Original picture sleeve has wear to the seams/spine/opening, ring wear (front/back), tape along the top seam, worn/dinged corners, minor writing on the back (upper right corner/ballpoint pen), and a small split (2cm) along the seam. Please see my grading scale for a more detailed description. All records are visually graded unless noted in description. Some records may play better or worse than visual appearance.

When asked, I do my best to grade records per their audio performance, but realize that some collectors with high end set ups may have a different listening experience from mine. I will do whatever I can to be as accurate in my performance grading as my equipment allows me to.

The record is virtually flawless. A very minor, barely visible sleeve scuff or two may be permitted, but no scratches. The record should play with no audible noise. The labels are bright, clean and unmarked. EX (EXCELLENT) Record may have a couple very minor surface hairlines and/or sleeve scuffs, but nothing that is obvious or affects the sound quality. Record is bright/shiny and labels are clean/unmarked. VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) Record may have light surface hairlines and/or surface sleeve scuffs that have minimal impact on the sound quality. Record will still have good luster. Labels may have small stickers and/or written initials. VG (VERY GOOD) Record may have numerous noticeable hairlines and/or sleeve scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There may be a few hairline scratches you can feel. There will be no skips.

Record may appear somewhat dull and grayish. Labels may have small tears, stickers and/or writing. G (GOOD) Record may have several, but not all of the following flaws: well-played, dull, grayish vinyl with deeper scratches and wear causing noticeable surface noise (hisses, pops, and clicks). The record will have no cracks and no major warps.

Labels may be significantly defaced or damaged. F (FAIR) Record will have most of the following flaws: very well-played, dull, grayish vinyl with deeper scratches and wear causing noticeable surface noise (hisses, pops, and clicks) and/or a skip or two. The record will have no cracks, but could have a warp that causes a skip.

Labels will be significantly damaged. NM (NEAR MINT) This is the highest grade that I will assign to opened/handled records. Sleeve has very, very minor signs of wear. EX (EXCELLENT) Sleeve may have minor record impression and/or slight corner creases, no wrinkles, puckers, seam splits or writing. Artwork is clean/unworn and there is no ink wear.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) Sleeve may have just the start of ring wear. There may be slight discoloration or staining, minor seam wear, but no splits or tears. Corners may have small creases and/or dings. VG (VERY GOOD) Sleeve may have seams that are starting to split and/or may have been neatly repaired with tape.

There may be moderate ring wear, but the artwork is still attractive. There may be yellowing or discoloration and larger writing, labels, or marks. Corners may have damage, creases and/or dings. G (GOOD) Sleeve may have several, but not all of the following flaws: seam splits, large marker writing, significant ring wear, damaged corners, tears, cuts, gouges, or tape seam repairs. Sleeve will have most of the following flaws: major seam splits, significant paper loss, large marker writing, significant ring wear, significant staining, damaged corners, tears, cuts, gouges, or tape seam repairs.
