This is an original vintage ELVIS PRESLEY HEARTBREAK HOTEL EP cardboard cover that i. S beautifully double matted and framed with a gold metalized vintage vinyl pressing of that classic EP. It is housed in a new black wood frame (with gold inlay) and its dimensions are approx.
